Los Angeles FC has solidified its position as one of the top teams in the country, boasting an outstanding record of 29 wins and 1 tie this season. We have projected them as the #1 ranked team in our power rankings, and they look to be strong contenders for the GA Cup. Real Madrid is a global powerhouse that commands respect from its first team all the way down to its academy. We expect them to dominate the tournament as well. Pumas has a reputation for developing high-quality players and has been instrumental in promoting the game in Mexico. If they make it to the next round, they will have a high chance of winning the title. Unfortunately, Nashville has struggled throughout the season, and their inconsistent results make it difficult to see them advancing beyond the group stage based on their current form.

River Plate made a strong impression on every team when they last appeared at the GA Cup in 2019. They were initially projected to win the tournament, but unfortunately lost form toward the end. If they can maintain their consistency and strong form this time around, they will undoubtedly be an exciting team to watch.
Chicago Fire has developed some amazing talent in their youth system recently, but their struggle to remain consistent has been a cause for concern. However, if they can play cohesively as a unit, there is no reason why they shouldn't make it to the next round.
Seattle Sounders is a team that everyone has their eye on. As reigning champions, they are coming into the tournament with many of the same players returning, including exciting talents such as Christopher Aquino and Mohammed Shour.
On the other hand, FC Dallas has experienced a dip in form with inconsistent results, recording 7 wins and 8 losses.

BOCA JUNIORS U17 OUT, IMG ACADEMY IN
The Argentine side, Boca Juniors, has announced that they will not be attending the Generations Adidas Cup for undisclosed reasons. As a result, the IMG Academy U17 team will be taking their place in Group 5, alongside Minnesota United, Philadelphia Union, and Houston Dynamo.
The IMG Academy U17 team comes into the tournament in good form, having recorded a record of 7-1-2 in MLS NEXT Flex and currently holding first place in the league. IMG Academy is well-known for producing some of the top talents in the United States across all sports, and it will be interesting to see how their soccer program performs against some of the world's top teams.
